in the books

robin crushed her first triathlon over the weekend. i like to think i helped a little drawing from my experience but really it was all her. she came out of the swim a little behind where she thought she could be but went out and killed it on the bike. she came through faster than i thought possible and i missed taking any action shots. off on the run and she ran steadily to finish in a about an 1:45. a great race and i'm very proud of her. she worked really hard in training to get to this point.

i'm beginning to feel some anxiousness in the pit of my stomach related to the 24 hour race. this morning we woke up to some pretty strong storms so i was unable to ride into work, but i hope to the rest of the week.
